DESCRIPTION & ADVANTAGES OF USING WIRE STITCHING ON PACKAGING:

Wire stitching is an innovation of technology that delivers the quickest and the cleanest way to assemble or close a corrugated or a solid fiber box.

QN Wire Stitcher draws directly from a coil, automatically cut the wire, form it into proper size stitches, then drive and clinch them at split second speed. As much as 500 meters in coil can be fed without interruption.

Wire Stitchers can use different sizes of WIRE depending on customer specification from a light or heavy load box production.

QN Wire Stitcher is available in a variety of models:
L-12, L-60, H-12 and U-12. They are ideal for high production environments.

In comparison with the pre-formed staple, stitching benefits you in length of an uninterrupted runs and costs.

The price of wire depends on its weight which means the lighter the size of wire is, the longer the length which is less expensive while the heavier size is understandably shorter in length which is more advantageous to heavy load box requirements.
